Chicken Katsu Curry

I wasn’t going to make a post today, but I wanted to share a recipe with you really quick. I watch sortedfood on Youtube, and they make fantastic foods. They’re easy and wonderful. I made chicken katsu curry for supper, and it was superb. 

That’s really all I had to say. You should make this, because the curry wasn’t too hot, the chicken was perfectly cooked, and it was so spectacularly simple. The only thing I would change is to use about half as much ginger. It has a really really heavy ginger taste that I didn’t really like.
